  • How Do I Pay For Services?
    Once you have booked your service, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. We accept Credit/Debit, and PayPal.
  • What If My Services Take Longer Than the Hour(s) Invoiced?
    If your services take longer than the hour(s) invoiced, the overage will be charged as follows: 1min.-29mins over=1/2 the hourly rate; 30mins-1hr. over=full hourly rate
  • What If I Don't See The Service I Need?
    If you would like a service that is not listed on the website, click "Contact Us" in the menu list and fill out the contact form or give us a call at (901) 610-1940 and we will BEE happy to discuss the specifics of your request and come up with something to help meet your needs.
  • How Do I Book A Service?
    1. Click the "Book Now" button. 2. Fill out the form. 3. Submit your request. 4. Wait for a confirmation email. *Please note for Day of Assistance bookings, there is a 4hr. minimum and 50% non-refundable retainer required to book services.
  • Does Just Bee Helpin' Charge Any Other Fees?
    Yes, Just Bee Helpin' charges the following additional fees when applicable: -Rush fee of $25 for requests requiring services to bee rendered within four (4) hours or less notice. -Convenience fee of $25/hr. for services done outside of normal business hours (8am-8pm Mon-Sat), Sundays, or holidays. -Inclement weather fee of $25/hr. for services provided in extreme weather conditions.
  • How Does Just Bee Helpin' Handle Cancellations?
    If service request is cancelled at least 24hrs. before the service time, you will receive a full refund, minus 50% of the hourly rate. For Day of Assistance, if service is canceled at least 72hrs. before service time, you will receive a full refund, minus the 50% non-refundable retainer.
  • Does Just Bee Helpin' Charge For Mileage?
    Yes, we charge the current IRS standard mileage rate for most of the services we provide. Courier service mileage rates may vary depending on distance.
